Conference formats
Choose the format that best reflects your style and expertise:
- 30-minute keynote: A deep and powerful analysis of a key topic.
- 8-minute LSA-TED style conference: Short, impactful, and designed to captivate the audience.
- 8-minute book presentation: Share the key ideas from your book and inspire other Speakers.
- 15-minute "meet the expert" roundtable: Lead an interactive discussion and share practical insights with small groups.
Each session must offer content that inspires, challenges, and elevates Speakers to take their careers to the next level.
Key dates and deadlines
- Early adopters deadlinesubmit your proposal by February 15, 2025
- Second call: February 20, 2025
- Final call: March 7, 2025
The earlier you submit your proposal, the better your chances of securing a prominent slot.

How to submit your proposal
To be considered, you must complete your registration and pay for the Congress in full.
Your proposal must include the following:
- Speaker Bio: Up to 200 words highlighting your experience and achievements.
- Conference details::
- Title, format (keynote, LSA-TED, etc.), and selected stream.
- Pitch de tu sesión: One sentence summarizing your presentation.
- 3 key takeaways: What will attendees gain?
- Why your topic matters: A brief explanation of the impact your presentation will have for other Speakers (max 150 words).
- Presentation video: A link to a 10–15-minute video showcasing a previous conference you’ve delivered.
- Photo and promotional video: A professional photo and a 60-second video introducing your session.
Logistics and Considerations
- Accommodation: We strongly recommend staying at the event’s host hotel, which offers competitive rates and convenience. Staying elsewhere may result in additional transportation costs in Cancún.
- Speaker Selection: Proposals will be reviewed by a panel of experts, and selected Speakers will be notified via email.
